REFUND POLICY


Because lash extensions require such gentle and strict maintenance requirements, we are unable to
guarantee your lashes.

We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed.

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. All retail product purchases are
final sale. We offer the option to exchange or receive a store credit on unopened items within 30
days.

DEPOSIT


A deposit of 50% of the service will be applied through the booking portal.
Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be
transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48
hours before the appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
