Late Arrivals: If you arrive late most likely we will not be able to extend your appointment time.
Appointment will be charged at full value. We understand that last minute emergencies occur and will
make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time
may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. If you are unable to make your scheduled
appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require 24 hours notice for no
fee cancelations. Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time will be
charged a non-refundable cancellation fee, either to the credit card on file or added to your next
appointment. Appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee if cancelled after 24 hours or no
show.
